Israel Bombs Iran’s Defense Ministry HQ, Says- “We’ll Reduce You to Ashes”
The Iran–Israel conflict has officially entered a dangerous new phase. Iran’s military has declared the next stage of its operation “True Promise III” after launching a fresh wave of missile attacks on Israeli territory. According to Israel’s Channel 14, three women were killed in the city of Haifa as Iranian missiles struck residential areas, escalating fears of a full-scale war.
In a fiery response, Israel’s Defense Minister warned that if Iran continues launching missiles, “Tehran will be burned to the ground.” Hours later, Israel carried out a targeted airstrike on Iran’s Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tehran, intensifying the already explosive standoff.
Iran has confirmed that two fuel depots in Tehran were targeted by Israeli airstrikes. One of the key sites was the Shahran depot, located in northwestern Tehran. A fire broke out following the strike, though Iranian officials claim that the situation is now under control. However, the attack marks a significant escalation by targeting critical energy infrastructure.
As fresh strikes continued late Saturday night, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened an emergency meeting with his national security cabinet. The move came after Israel launched an attack on one of the world’s largest gas fields, prompting fears of a broader energy crisis and pushing the region to the brink of large-scale war.
Iran’s missile barrage also struck western Galilee, causing significant damage to a three-story residential building. Three women lost their lives in the attack, and emergency medical teams described a scene of heavy destruction. These civilian deaths are expected to further escalate international pressure and internal demands for retaliation.
Before Iran’s missile retaliation, Israel had launched a series of precision attacks using stealth drones and fighter jets. These strikes reportedly killed nine senior Iranian nuclear scientists and several top military commanders. The use of covert drone operations inside Iranian territory suggests Israel is prepared for a long-term, high-tech conflict.
In parallel with the escalating Iran front, Israel has intensified its military operations in Gaza, targeting the Iranian-backed militant group Hamas. After nearly 20 months of conflict, Israel has signaled a renewed effort to dismantle Hamas completely, adding another volatile layer to the regional conflict.
Despite repeated calls for restraint from world leaders, both Iran and Israel seem determined to press forward with military operations. The fear now is that continued aggression could trigger broader regional involvement, including from Iran’s allies and global powers like the U.S., Russia, and China.
