Position: Business Copy Editor (English)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Copy Editor to join our dynamic editorial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business journalism, excellent editing skills, and a knack for news judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit digital news content with a focus on business and financial topics
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all published content
- Quickly edit and publish breaking news stories in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with reporters, editors, and the business desk team
- Demonstrate sound editorial judgment and a clear understanding of digital audiences
- Uphold high standards of journalistic ethics and credibility
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital journalism or content writing
- Proven experience in business news writing or editing
- Strong command over the English language
- Excellent editorial and proofreading skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing news cycles
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and CMS platforms is a plus
