Noida: The IMS Noida Center for Skill Development organized the fifth chapter of the Idea Sharing Workshop: Beyond the Books. The event was held at the institute’s Sector 62 campus, where Aman Dwivedi, CEO of Friends Media, participated as the keynote speaker. The workshop also witnessed the presence of IMS Noida’s Director General, Professor (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan, along with faculty members and students.
While inaugurating the workshop, Professor (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan emphasized that the aim is not only to impart academic knowledge but also to expose students to real-world experiences.
He highlighted that initiatives like Beyond the Books provide students with opportunities to develop practical perspectives and enhance leadership skills. Dr. Dhawan further explained that the series was launched to promote industry-oriented skill development and to create new career opportunities for students.
The chief guest, Aman Dwivedi, shared his entrepreneurial journey and experiences with the students. He discussed the challenges faced in the startup ecosystem, the critical role of innovation, and the evolving nature of digital platforms.
Dwivedi stressed the importance of continuous learning, networking, and adaptability, inspiring students to become self-reliant and to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
